Logan Paul dramatically 'misses weight' ahead of Dillon Danis bout as Jake Paul makes promise

Logan Paul’s eagerly anticipated fight with Dillon Danis may be off after the former fighter reportedly failed to make weight.

Paul is set to box MMA fighter Dillon Danis on Saturday night on the same card that pits KSI against Tommy Fury.

Indeed, the former rose to fame on YouTube before crossing into boxing, WWE and pursuing business ventures, including his Prime energy drink company which he launched with former opponent KSI. Paul has even faced Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition fight.

The 28-year-old’s opponent is Danis, a jiu-jitsu champion with mixed martial arts experience, who is also an ex-teammate of Conor McGregor.

The pair’s fight will hopefully settle a score between the pair, with Danis having received criticism for repeatedly taking aim at Paul’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, on social media.

However, there are fears the fight may be off after Danis claimed Paul had failed to make weight.

On X, the social media platform formally known as Twitter, Danis wrote: “Logan Paul just missed weight.”

Moreover, moments after Dannis’ claim, Jake Paul promised to step in should there be any doubt over his brother’s ability to take part in the fight.

Jake Paul said on X: “I will always have my brother’s back.

“I chose not to respond to the puppet’s countless tweets as it would only amplify his harassment.

“But make no mistake, if Logan needed me to step in, I would take great joy in knocking that maggot out. See you soon.”

Jake was already set to travel to England to watch his brother in action against Danis. The Problem Child has a record of 7 wins and one defeat, which came against Tommy Fury back in February.

DAZN, who will broadcast the fight on Saturday evening, have subsequently denied Danis' claims that Logan missed weight.
