Tony Bellew Responds To David Haye Withdrawing From Rematch

Tony Bellew has responded to reports claiming David Haye has withdrawn from their December rematch.

Following their first fight in March, the pair agreed to a rematch on December 17th at the O2 Arena. Though it appears the bout is off after Haye has reportedly sustained an arm injury.

Bellew, who won the first encounter, has now reacted to the news on social media. His head coach Dave Coldwell has also weighed in.

Bellew vs. Haye 2 was slated to headline a Sky Sports: Box Office event from London. Though Haye's injury puts the card in doubt.

Can Matchroom Promoter Eddie Hearn draft in a suitable replacement on a few weeks notice? Will it still go ahead but on Sky Sports rather than pay-per-view?

Stay tuned for updates.
