UFC 295 recap: Pereira stops Prochazka, Aspinall knocks out Pavlovich

Jessica Andrade punished Mackenzie Dern to win her first UFC fight since January.

Andrade had lost her last three fights before UFC 295.

But she returned to the win column as she battered Dern, clinching a stoppage victory in the second round.

Benoit Saint-Danis delivered a vicious head-kick to KO Matt Frevola as he registered a huge UFC win.

The Frenchman needed just 91 seconds to stop Frevola.

He landed a head-kick before connecting with a series of punches to record a big win at UFC 295.

Diego Lopes produced a sensational performance to stop Pat Sabatini to kick off the UFC 295 main-card.

Lopes shrugged off Sabatini's takedown then put him away with a flurry of vicious punches, securing the stoppage one minute and 30 seconds into the first round.

Donald Trump showed up at UFC 295 with Dana White and Kid Rock.



Michael Bisping has paid a visit to Tom Aspinall's dressing room ahead of his championship bout at UFC 295.

Aspinall has the chance to emulate Bisping's achievement in the UFC as he could become the latest British UFC champion.

Bisping claimed the UFC middleweight title at UFC 199 back in June 2016. He famously stopped Luke Rockhold after accepting the bout on short notice.

Like 'The Count', Aspinall has agreed to compete for UFC gold on short notice as he faces Sergei Pavlovich.

Ahead of the UFC 295 co-main event, Bisping gave Aspinall a last minute locker room talk.

The UFC legend shared a picture of himself with the heavyweight star, accompanied with the caption: "Last minute locker room talk with @AspinallMMA."

A lightweight war between Nazim Sadykhov and Viacheslav Borshchev kicked off the televised portion of UFC 295. They fought to a majority draw.

Poland's Mateusz Rebecki forced Roosevelt Roberts to verbally submit following a slick armbar.

Loopy Godinez narrowly outpointed Tabatha Ricci via split decision to win their women's strawweight bout. The Mexican becomes the first woman in UFC history to earn four victories in a calendar year.

Australia's Steve Erceg saw off Alessandro Costa via unanimous decision.

Aspinall has arrived at Madison Square Garden for his championship bout against Sergei Pavlovich.

Jared Gordon secured a massive win at UFC 295 as he brutally stopped Mark Madsen in round one.

Jamall Emmers opened the show with a 49-second TKO victory over Dennis Buzukja.

'Fight of the Night' has an early candidate as Joshua Van and Kevin Borjas put on wild bout, with Van getting the judges' nod by unanimous decision.

John Castaneda edged out Kang Kyung-ho while local fighter Gordon showcased his power as he stopped Madsen.

Speaking after his win, Gordon told Joe Rogan: "I grew up in the city, New York, New York. You made me. Astoria, Queens stand up!

"I used to shoot heroin in Penn Station underneath this building. Now, I'm fighting in it and knocking guys out. You can do anything you want."

Fighters competing at UFC 295 have had their payslips 'leaked'.

Tom Aspinall hopes to land a monstrous fight against Jon Jones after UFC 295.

Aspinall faces Sergei Pavlovich for the interim UFC heavyweight title, having accepted the bout on short notice following the withdrawal of Jones.

Despite the dangerous Russian on his crosshairs, the British star is targetting a showdown with 'Bones' next year.
