Eddie Hearn snaps at reporter over Conor McGregor question, it's rare to see

Eddie Hearn snapped at a reporter and was left fuming after he was asked about Conor McGregor following Katie Taylor's enormous win over Chantelle Cameron.

Taylor exacted revenge on Cameron as she won a majority decision to become undisputed super-lightweight champion.

The world title clash in Dublin was thrown into doubt after riots broke out in the capital city following a knife attack that saw three children and a woman stabbed.

UFC star McGregor made his feelings clear as he posted a series of controversial messages on social media.

He wasn't in attendance at the 3Arena for the rematch on Saturday, having attended the first bout where Cameron caused a huge upset.

But the former UFC champion's Forged Stout was one of the main sponsors for Cameron vs. Taylor 2.

Hearn was asked about his business relationship with the 'Notorious' following Taylor's victory over Cameron. In uncharacteristic fashion, the 44-year-old reacted angrily. the Check it out below:

Asked about McGregor's involvement in the fight, Hearn fired back: "You had to do it, didn’t you? I have to tell you this: I’m so bored of talking about it. All you ever do is look for a negative.

"Conor McGregor is Conor McGregor. I don’t represent him, I don’t talk about his comments. He has a brand that has backed the sport of boxing."

The Matchroom chief added: "It has nothing to do with Katie Taylor, the show, the company. His opinions are his opinions. Tonight, we celebrate one of your greatest ever athletes. No more questions about Conor McGregor.

"Then you can ask me away from the press conference. You can ask me afterwards. I’ll answer it. Not in front of Katie Taylor.

"This is her night and congratulations to one of the greatest athletes I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with."

Taylor and Cameron, meanwhile, are now 1-1 in their epic series, with a trilogy bout at Croke Park talked up.
